he estate is supplied with electricity through 12 solar panels that feed a set of accumulator batteries tht can store 200 Ah. It also has an 11 KVA back-up generator, that works subsidiarily if necessary.
The water supply to the house is served by a well and the irrigation is done with water from the lakes. Both waters are stored in two separate tanks that are automatically filled. The house has double-glazed aluminium windows and central heating.
